The lnstitute has come up with the applicatior scenarios of the continuous miner based on the research on and field practice of the co ontinuous mining technology under various coal seam conditions in recent years.1. Designation and OverviewThe continuous miner is mainly used for mechanized short-wall mining in underground mines and rapid roadway tunneling. At present, the Company has presented products with various mining heights ranging from 1.3~2.5 m, 1.8~3.5 m，2.6~4.6 m to 3.3~5.5 m, so that the models may serve as complements for each other in terms of cutting height, thus almost covering all coal occurrence conditions in thin, medium, and thick coal seams, and meeting the production needs of major coal enterprises.

Technical features:1. The hopper volume of the feeder crusher is large and can store a certain amount of coal. And due to the relatively large instantaneous conveying capacity of the bolter-miner, the coal can be conveyed evenly after being buffered by the hopper of the traveling feed crusher. 2. The hydraulic system is powered by a plunger pump with load-sensitive feedback, pressure compensation and constant power control, which can save the energy consumption of the system, limit the maximum pressure of the system, and ensure that the system is not overloaded.
